Sports massage can provide relief from aches and pains that come about through repetitive movements, or periods of inactivity, be it sport related or non sport related.
Our therapists are trained in a variety of additional techniques including Medical Acupuncture, Spinal Manipulation & Rehabilitation which can be used within treatment. These can be discussed during your consultation.
Prices vary depending on the practitioner you see.
NB. There is an additional cost for passive stretching appointments.

APPI Pilates is designed to take clients who are in the early stages of rehabilitation through to final stage of a highly functional and recreational program. The overall aims of the APPI Pilates method is to develop the deep, postural 'core' muscles that support the spine throughout posture movement, enhance normal movement patterns and improve overall body alignment.
New to Pilates? Then a 1:1 session is recommended for you to get to grips with the basics. If you’ve been practicing for a while and want to have your own programme for home, then book a session to get your own tailored Pilates programme.
Ante & Post Natal Therapy

Ante and Post-Natal Therapy treats the musculo-sketetal dysfunctions that manifest through pregnancy. This enables the patient to carry on treatment right through pregnancy using massage, Kinesiology taping, spinal articulation and after birth including post-natal exercise.
Please note: this is not a bump massage.
